it was a very minor thing, but the hill leading up to the place could be a slight challenge for families with strollers.

The location was AMAZING, very close to the castle and viewpoints. Diego gave really good suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast was good (i REALLY liked the way it was organised).
There was no coffee in the room. I HAD to ask for coffee capsules. I was told i could only have two a day. My room had none (it was disappointing).

The location was GREAT on the edge of Alfama. A 10 minute walk led right into the center of activity. Staff was VERY attentive. The rooms were ALL in excellent condition and bedding was very comfortable.
The noise from the room above was terrible late at night and very early in the morning. I hardly got ANY sleep, even though the room and bed were comfortable. One of the wall lamps by the bed was coming off the wall.
